Terms and Conditions of Sale

Cancellation and Refund Policy: 

Cancellation of Classes:

Fees payable for classes or a series of classes are non refundable once purchased, whether all lessons are taken or not. Yoga Form reserves the right to refund any such fees in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion. A 35 euro administration charge will be payable on all refunds of classes.

Cancellation of events and workshops by Client:

Cancellation and refund of events and workshops is possible up until ten days before event. Client is entitled to a full reimbursement minus 35 euro administrative cost. Please email yoga@yogaform.be for refunds.

In the event of cancellation ten days prior to workshop event or a no-show in the event of illness or for any other reason, no refund will be given.

Cancellation by Yoga Form: 

Yoga Form reserves the right to cancel any events or classes at any time for whatsoever reason. Registrants will be granted a full refund in the event of cancellation by Yoga Form. Please email info@yogaform.be for refunds.

General terms:

Yoga Form reserves the right to refuse admission to the studio.

Bookings are made subject to the Yoga Form’s right to alter the programme or teaching staff as a result of circumstances beyond its control.

If the class, workshop, course or event has to be interrupted or abandoned, no money will be refunded if more than half of it has taken place.

Latecomers may be admitted at the discretion of management and teacher/workshop leader.

We must have the full name of participants and if making a pre-payment, one telephone number or email address is required.

Terms and Conditions of Exchange

You may exchange your booking for any other Yoga Form class, course, workshop or event currently on sale subject to availability. All exchanges require 48 hours notice.

All exchanges must be requested via email or in person.  Emails should be sent to info@yogaform.be 

All exchanges are transferable. 

Class Passes 

Class passes may be used for all regular classes and donation based classes. They may not be used on workshops, events, teacher trainings or courses.

10 class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for three months. There is NO extension possible except for medical reasons on proof of a medical certificate.

20 class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for six months. There is NO extension possible except for medical reasons on proof of a medical certificate.

Unlimited monthly are valid for one month only and may not be frozen or extended.

Yearly unlimited are valid for one year and  may be frozen for three weeks.

Mat Rental:

For hygienic purposes, mats will be available for rental at €1,00 per mat per class. Students are encouraged for personal hygiene to purchase their own mats which may be stored at Yoga Form in the changing room shelving on own responsibility. Yoga Form is not responsible for loss, theft or misuse of any mats left on the premises. 

Room/Shala/Treatment Room Rental:

Yoga Form has 3 separate spaces for rental. A shala overlooking the zen garden, a meditation room and a treatment room with its own private bathroom and separate entrance. Please email info@yogaform.be for information on pricing and terms.

RETAIL:

Retail products cannot be refunded or exchanged, except if the goods are defective. For refunds or exchanges please email: info@yogaform.be

 

INDEMNIFICATION:

 

Yoga Form is not responsible for injury, theft, loss or damage of any kind incurred in the practice of yoga or on the premises of Yoga Form. Yoga Form (including any of its teachers or replacement teachers or any other other staff or volunteers)  is indemnified against any and all such claims and liabilities that may arise at any time and under any circumstances.

All participants at Yoga Form are required to sign an inscription form further indemnifying Yoga Form as described above. Refusal to sign this form will result in being unable to practice at Yoga Form.

 

SECURITY OF INFORMATION

Personal information collected by Yoga Form and our website is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public. Yoga Form will secure your personal information no matter where we process or store your data.

This is to confirm that Yoga Form takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. We do not share any information with third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than that necessary for us to provide our services to you.

How do we use personal information? 

We will use your personal information necessary for us to provide our services to you. We do not share any information with unrelated third parties nor do we collect or retain any information other than is required for the provision of our products or services. Information collected during the application process, will be stored securely. 

Third Parties 

Where we engage third party contractors (e.g. teachers, therapists etc) to perform services for us, those third party contractors may be required to handle your personal information. Under these circumstances those third party contractors must safeguard this information and must only use it for the purposes for which it was supplied although we are not responsible for ensuring this. Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity. 

MindBody Online 

Yoga Form makes use of third party software to manage bookings such as MindBody Online.

Changes to our Policy 

From time to time it may be necessary for us to review and revise this policy. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time and should this occur the amendment would be posted on our website.
