Terms and Conditions:  

All prices are inclusive of B.T.W. Yoga Form does not extend the validity of class passes, class passes can however be frozen for a certain period of time for medical reasons upon proof of a medical certificate. If you forget your card, you need to pay for the single lesson. If you lose your card, you will be required to repurchase a new card. No refunds on purchased cards. Class passes are bound to the individual and cannot be shared. Note: Monthly cards may not be frozen. Mat Rental: Mats are available for rental at 1,00€ per mat per class. Students are encouraged for personal hygiene to purchase their own mats. Students may store their mat at Yoga Form in the changing room shelving on own responsibility. Yoga Form is however not responsible for loss, theft or misuse of any mats left on the premises. 


 

Which formula should I choose?

  • I come once a week                     -> 10 Time card
  • I come twice a week                    -> 20 Time Card or 1 Year Unlimited
  • I come three or more times a week -> Monthly Unlimited 

Mat Rental:

Mats are available for rental at 1,00€ per mat per class. Students are encouraged for personal hygiene to purchase their own mats. Studenst may store their mat at Yoga Form in the changing room shelving on own responsibility. Yoga Form is however not responsible for loss, theft or misuse of any mats left on the premises. 

Reception Area, Shala, Meditation Room & Treatment Room Rental

Yoga Form has 5 separate spaces for rental. A reception area, a shala overlooking the zen garden, a meditation room and a treatment room with its own private bathroom and separate entrance. The spaces can be rented by the hour or on a regular base. Please email info@yogaform.be for information on pricing and terms.
