
- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before practice. Once the class starts the doors will not be opened.
- It is best not to eat at least 2-3 hours before practice.
- It is preferable to shower before practice.
- Do not wear perfume.
- Please remove your shoes before entering the shala.
- Mobile phones must be turned off or left muted in the change room!
- Enter the shala in silence – MOUNA! Take savasana or some meditative quiet time to prepare yourself for the practice.
- Yoga Form is in a residential area so please remain respectful.
- DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF ANY GARAGES!
- Try to avoid drinking during the practice as our aim is to generate internal heat, whereas drinking cools us down.
- Inform your teacher of any physical injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy.
- In the event of any serious condition, please consult your medical practitioner before beginning a yoga practice.
- If you are menstruating, avoid doing any inversions where the pelvis is higher than the heart.
